Bd 3 Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Play

1. General Terms

Bd 3 (operated via the website https://bd3.run) is an internationally licensed online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between bd 3 and its users.

By visiting the bd 3 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using bd 3.

These Terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute.

2. Account Registration

To create an account with bd 3, you must provide accurate and complete information. bd 3 reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false or incomplete details.

Information required for registration:

• Full legal name as it appears on your National ID
• Active mobile number or email address
• Proof of age — 18 years or older
• Accepted Payment Methods

One Account Per Person:

Each user is allowed only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC):

Bd 3 may verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

3. Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use bd 3:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• The account must be registered in your own name
• Online betting is not prohibited in the country you are accessing from
• Have not been previously banned by bd 3
• Are of sound mind and using the platform of your own free will

4. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on bd 3. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please bet carefully.

Odds displayed by bd 3 are subject to change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment of bet submission will be considered final. In the event of a cancelled or incomplete event, bd 3 will determine how the bet is settled.

Betting Disputes:

Any disputes regarding bet outcomes must be raised with the support team within 72 hours. bd 3's decision will be considered final.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Bd 3 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases
• Bd 3 charges no additional fees on deposits
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳20,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods
• Mobile Pay/Nagad: Usually within 1–6 hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

6. Bonuses & Rewards

Bd 3 offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Welcome Bonus:

A welcome bonus of up to 150% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete a turnover of 10 times the bonus amount.

Important Bonus Terms:

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
• Bonuses are valid for use on bd 3's designated games and betting markets only
• Bonuses may be voided if suspicious betting patterns are detected
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry

7. Responsible Betting

Bd 3 is deeply committed to responsible betting. We want our users to enjoy betting in a fun, controlled way at all times.

• Each user can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Your account can be temporarily suspended for a specified period if needed
• Permanent Self-exclusion option available

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd 3. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds on deposit:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Using another person's account or payment details
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Bonus abuse or exploitation
• Attempting to interfere with bd 3's systems or security

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Bd 3 takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

• Your data is never used beyond service improvement and legal obligations
• Users may request the deletion of their personal data at any time

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Bd 3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Registering with false information
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or cheating
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 18 months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

You can also close your account at any time by emailing support@bd3.run. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed.

11. Changes & Updates to Terms

Bd 3 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of bd 3 after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
